Natural Disaster Drought - 2010
In 2010 when drought was at its peak, KP Sanghvi donated 4 crores for the maintenance and to take proper care of the cow shelter and cows as well. On 24th of April 2010, a donation camp was organised at Shri Pavapuri Tirth Jeev Maitridham where Hon'ble Chief Minister Shri Ashok Gehlot graced us with his presence and donated a fixed amount to many cow shelters and care takers. Moreover, at the opening ceremony he also gave a green flag to 27 trucks loaded with fodder, which was donated by KP Sanghvi Charitable Trust. These 27 trucks went to many villages and districts and covered more than 65 fodder centre. To deal with such a crucial situation KP Sanghvi also donated 51 lakhs to Mukhyamantri Aakaal Raahat.
